About Resolution Packs

A Resolution Pack is a structured report that analyses the input provided by all parties in a dispute and recommends a clear, impartial path forward. It's designed to cut through the noise, surface common ground, and give everyone involved a concrete set of next steps — without the need for lengthy mediation sessions or legal proceedings.

Our reports are produced using a combination of proprietary analytical tools and expert review, ensuring every recommendation is consistent, impartial, and grounded in established conflict resolution principles. Each pack is checked before delivery to make sure the output is relevant, fair, and actionable for your specific situation.

You'll receive a structured written report delivered digitally. What's included depends on your plan:

Starter — written resolution report with 3 recommended actions.
Professional — detailed report, priority-ranked action plan, and a video summary walking through the findings.
Enterprise — full narrative report, legal-ready documentation, and a dedicated case handler throughout.

We don't publish sample reports publicly in order to protect client confidentiality. If you'd like a sense of what a typical report covers for your type of dispute, drop us a message and we'll walk you through it.

Resolution Packs are well-suited to workplace disputes, business partnership disagreements, contract conflicts, neighbour disputes, family business tensions, and co-founder or team disagreements. We are not a substitute for specialist legal, mental health, or safeguarding services where those needs are present.

Process

You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your secure case form. Complete your side of the dispute in your own time. We'll then invite the other party to submit their perspective independently through their own private form. Once all submissions are in, we get to work on your Resolution Pack.

Yes — for the most accurate and fair recommendation, all parties should submit their perspective through the case form. Each submission is kept completely private from the other parties. If a party is unwilling to participate, a single-party submission is possible on the Starter plan, though the recommendations will be limited to what can be inferred from one perspective.

After you complete your case form, we contact the other party directly using the contact details you provide and invite them to submit their perspective through their own secure, private form. They never see your submission — and you never see theirs. Only the synthesised recommendations appear in the final report.

Once all parties have submitted their case details, most Resolution Packs are delivered within 5–7 working days. Complex or multi-party cases may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated on progress throughout.

If something significant changes before you've submitted your case details, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once case details have been submitted and work has begun, we're unable to make material changes to the scope of the original pack — though you're always welcome to follow up with us directly.

Confidentiality & Data

All submissions are encrypted and stored securely. No party can see another party's raw input — only the synthesised recommendations appear in the final report. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose outside of producing your Resolution Pack. Data is deleted from our systems 90 days after pack delivery.

Pricing & Refunds

As a general rule: choose Starter for simple two-person disputes with a clear, contained issue. Choose Professional when there are more parties involved, multiple overlapping issues, or when you want a richer action plan and a follow-up session. Choose Enterprise for organisational disputes, sensitive matters requiring dedicated handling, or where legal documentation may be needed.

Still unsure? Drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.

If you cancel before submitting your case details, you're entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Once your case details have been submitted and work has begun, we're unable to offer a refund as the service is in progress.

If the other party declines to participate, we'll offer a credit toward a future pack. For any concerns about the quality of your report, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to make it right.

Legal & Scope

Resolution Packs are advisory by nature and are not legally binding documents. However, the Enterprise plan includes legal-ready documentation that can be used as a supporting basis for formal agreements or proceedings. We always recommend seeking independent legal advice where the dispute has legal implications.

Resolve operates as a professional dispute resolution service. While we are not a regulated legal service, our process is grounded in established conflict resolution and mediation principles. For disputes with significant legal implications, we always recommend seeking independent legal advice alongside your Resolution Pack.

This is a common scenario — for example, a consumer dispute or a contractor disagreement. The process works exactly the same way: each party submits independently, and the report addresses both perspectives fairly. For these situations, the Professional or Enterprise plan is usually the best fit.

Our service is available to anyone with an internet connection and can handle disputes between parties in different countries. Reports are produced in English. Payment is taken in GBP, though most international payment cards are accepted.
